i might switch from gals to birds for the next few months
on my personal work too
a challenging thing to draw for sure

i think that's a great idea to switch from figures to birds...if anything just to try something different but also because the bird would fit perfect for your style of painting...the drawing you did is real cool and i can already see what the paintings might be like and i'm pumped to see'um.
i agree with jb...beautiful drawing with signature pickard flourishes & particulars.
